Our commitment

Questiva Consultants is built so that learners, teachers, and bookkeeping professionals can use our textbooks, free tools, and instructor resources regardless of ability. Accessibility is part of quality here, and we fix barriers as we find them.

Standards we are working toward

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We have not completed a full audit and do not yet claim full conformance. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive differences.

What we are building toward

These are the practices we build against. Because we have not finished auditing every page, treat them as goals we are actively verifying rather than guarantees:

• Semantic HTML with labelled landmarks, headings, and form fields.
• Keyboard operability across navigation, tools, quizzes, and the eBook reader.
• Visible focus states and a color palette reviewed for contrast.
• Reader controls (adjustable text size and spacing) in the eBook accessibility menu.
• Alternative text for meaningful images and icons.

Known limitations

Some areas are still being audited, and a few third-party embeds (such as payment and email widgets) are outside our direct control. Where we know of a gap, we are working to close it. If something blocks you, please tell us. Real reports help us prioritize.
