For students

Stay on track in your QuickBooks class.

Every step sits beside the lesson and matches the QuickBooks Online on your screen, and a practice quiz ends each chapter, so you know you have it before the exam.

Each lesson with its practice steps beside it.

What the book does for you

Written for the redesigned QuickBooks Online and checked in live QuickBooks.

Steps that match your screen

Each step sits beside the lesson and matches the QuickBooks Online you see. Tick it off and your place is saved.

Know when you’ve got it right

Every chapter has a practice quiz that explains each answer. In Standard, you upload your QuickBooks report and see each check, with a link to the step for anything you missed.

Start before class does

Chapter 4 is free to read in your browser, with no account needed.

How joining your class works

Your teacher shares a link or a class code, and you join with your email.

Open the link, or type the code

Use the link your teacher sent, or enter the 8-character class code on the join page.

Make your free account

Enter your email and we send you a code to sign in. There is no password to remember.

Open your class’s book

You land in your class with the edition your teacher picked. If your school paid for seats, the book opens straight away.

Enter your class code

Your teacher picks the edition

It depends on how long your course runs, and the join page shows the one your class uses.

Lite

For a quarter or a shorter course.

You practice in Craig’s Landscaping, Intuit’s free sample company, so you need no QuickBooks account of your own.

$114.95 for 12 months, or $34.95 a month

Standard

For a full semester.

You build two companies of your own in QuickBooks Online, and the smart grader checks your assignments.

$179.95 for 12 months, or $59.95 a month

Questions students ask

What if I don’t have a class code yet?
Ask your teacher for the class link or the 8-character code. You can read Chapter 4 free while you wait.
Do I have to buy QuickBooks Online?
No. Lite runs in Craig’s Landscaping, Intuit’s free sample company. Standard needs a QuickBooks Online account, and your teacher’s Intuit Education invite, a free Intuit Accountant profile or a 30-day trial all work.
What if my school already paid?
Then the book opens as soon as you join your class, with nothing to buy.
Can I get the book in print?
Yes. The E-Learning Companion print book is an add-on to either edition, for $60.

Have your class code?

Join your class and open the book your teacher picked.
