How do students get access after I buy?
Two ways, and neither asks the student to enter anything. Share your group code, when a student joins, a seat is claimed for them automatically, book access included. Or open Seats in your group dashboard and give seats to the students already on your roster; they get an email and the book is on their shelf next time they sign in.
What does "# of groups" change?
Seats are the billable unit. The price is per seat, not per group. The group count just tells us how many sections the block spans so we size onboarding correctly; it never multiplies the price.
We pay by purchase order, not card.
Use “Request an invoice” below. We send a hosted invoice with net-30 terms payable by card or US bank transfer (ACH). Seats provision automatically the moment the invoice is paid.
What is the difference between yearly and monthly seats?
Yearly seats are prepaid and do not renew; each seat runs for a year from the day you assign it, so you can buy ahead of a hire. Monthly seats are one plan for the block, billed per seat each month until you cancel; while it is paid you can assign, take back and re-assign seats freely. Monthly is the way to try it. Over a year, yearly is the better price.
Do volume discounts apply automatically?
Yes. The per-seat price drops at each tier the moment your seat count crosses it. The quote below always shows the live per-seat rate and total. No negotiation needed.
What if we buy too many seats, or need to cancel?
Unclaimed seats are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase, contact us with your order number and we refund the unused portion. Mid-term adjustments (adding a section, trueing down next term) are handled the same way: email us and we sort it out. No penalty, no sales call.
