I already bought QuickBooks Online Fundamentals. Do I have to pay again?
No. If you bought the QuickBooks Online Fundamentals eBook from us and your access is still current, QuickBooks Online Step-by-Step is already in your library with every chapter, Standard included. Sign in with the email address you bought with. If it isn’t there, contact us and we will sort it out.
Is QuickBooks Online Fundamentals still available?
No. The 2025 edition is no longer sold. If you already own it, it stays in your library, and QuickBooks Online Step-by-Step, the current edition written for the 2026 QuickBooks Online interface, comes with it.
Do I need a paid QuickBooks Online subscription?
No. Lite uses Craig’s Landscaping in the free QuickBooks Online test drive. Standard’s own-company work needs a QuickBooks Online account, and a teacher’s Intuit Education invite, a free accountant profile or a 30-day trial all work.
I teach from the old book. What changes for my class?
