Open your class and choose Invite students. There are four ways in. Use whichever suits your class.

| Join code | Students go to /join and type it, or open the invite link. It is under the class name, and in the invite panel (labelled Classroom code) with Copy code and Copy invite link. |
| Send Invite | Type one email address. They get an invitation email with the join code in it too. |
| Add whole class | Paste up to 100 addresses (one per line, or straight from a spreadsheet), or upload a .csv file. |
| Create accounts | For students with no usable email. See Create accounts for students. |
What happens next
- A student who already has an account joins straight away and gets an email saying so. Everyone else creates a free account from the invitation, then joins in one click.
- Invited students show on By student as Invited until they join. Invitations never expire.
- If you have seats, one is given to each student automatically as they join. If not, they join anyway and use their own plan.

- Can a student join without an invitation?

- What if I invite the same student twice?
- Nothing bad happens. You're told they're already on the roster.
